ResGo remembers your Accept or Reject choice in necessary browser storage for 180 days. Authentication and security tools, including the booking captcha, use necessary storage to protect accounts and prevent abuse.
Before you choose, and after Reject, PostHog measures product usage without analytics cookies or persistent browser identifiers. Our own server records booking-page visits regardless of your cookie choice.
Accept enables PostHog analytics persistence, optional Google Maps and Tally feedback, external terms-page embeds, and restaurant-specific campaign markers. A campaign marker stores only a visit reference. It allows a booking to credit the most recent tagged visit to the same restaurant within 7 days. Without acceptance, only the current page visit can receive credit.
Restaurant photos and hosted terms PDFs use ResGo's file storage and are necessary to display venue information. Email-template previews stay on ResGo's own origin. External terms pages can be opened directly without enabling their embed; those websites have their own privacy and cookie policies.
You can change your choice at any time. Reject removes campaign markers and disables analytics persistence immediately. Optional integrations already loaded may remain active in an open page; reload after rejecting to unload their scripts.
