Booking-page visit and campaign privacy notice

ResGo (Pvt) Ltd records visits to restaurant booking pages on our servers to measure marketing performance. We collect the restaurant, visit time, normalised campaign tags, supported advertising click identifiers, referring website host, visitor IP address, browser and device information, location where available, and signals identifying automated traffic. We store the referring host, rather than the full referring URL.

Raw visit records and IP addresses are currently retained indefinitely. Restaurants receive aggregate campaign, device and location reports. They are never shown raw visitor IP addresses or advertising click identifiers. Location may be unknown. Unique-visitor figures estimate daily visitors from IP and device information; shared connections can make those estimates inaccurate.

Public bookings keep a copy of the campaign credited at creation and references to the current and credited visits. With optional cookies accepted, a restaurant-specific browser marker holds only a visit reference and supports credit for the latest tagged visit within 7 days. Without acceptance, attribution uses only the page on which you book. We do not use IP addresses or device information to link campaigns to bookings across days.

PostHog provides ResGo's internal product analytics separately from restaurant reports. Pending and rejected choices use cookieless measurement; acceptance enables browser persistence. Optional Google Maps, Tally feedback and external terms-page embeds load only after acceptance. Booking authentication and anti-abuse controls are necessary.

Read the cookie notice and change your choice. For questions about your booking or privacy, contact ResGo or the restaurant using the contact details on its booking page.
